They now expect earnings to be between \\$6.30 and \\$6.40, a notable jump from their earlier prediction of \\$6.00 to \\$6.20. The company also boosted its full-year revenue projection by about \\$9 billion, now expecting at least \\$391.5 billion. Furthermore, they raised their cash flow from operations guidance to at least \\$7.5 billion, up from approximately \\$7.0 billion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Drivers and Market Impact<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Success in Pharmacy and Insurance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Strong results in the pharmacy business and significant improvements within the Aetna insurance unit primarily drove these positive outcomes. For example, the healthcare benefits segment saw its adjusted operating income increase by almost 40% year-over-year. This growth mainly came from favorable changes in individual exchange business estimates and better performance in the government business. The retail pharmacy segment also reported an 8% increase in adjusted operating profit.
