The Energy Information Administration (EIA) reported that <strong>U.S. commercial crude oil inventories (excluding the SPR)<\/strong> rose by <strong>16.0 million barrels<\/strong> to <strong>435.8 million barrels<\/strong> in the week ending <strong>February 20, 2026<\/strong>.
